Video about T.E. Lawrence and his time in the Army and RAF after World War One. Features an audio interview with Mr. Arthur Russell who knew Lawrence as T.E. Shaw during his time at Bovington Camp, Dorset from 1923 to 1924. Second audio interview is with Mr. Henry Coverley, who, as a commercial pilot, flew troop carriers back and forth from Malta to the Middle East in the 1950s. During this time he met Air Commodore Sydney Smith, Lawrence’s C.O. at RAF Mount Batten in 1925; he was then C.O. of RAF Malta.
