This was a free event held on April 11, 2011, one month to the date since the earthquake and tsunami hit the Touhoku area in Japan. This Requiem was a simple gathering of the people in Lebanon to show solidarity with the Japanese people. It featured a Shakuhachi performance by Kyle Kamal Helou to a photo presentation put together by the Japanese Community Association in Lebanon.
