BBG Week 9 Day 2

BBG Arms Workout by Kayla Itsines Week 9 day 2. You’re going to need a medicine ball, a bench (eventually two), dumbbells, and bosu. There are bosu burpees and I thought I can replace bosu with a medicine ball, but it didn’t really work out haha. I will get bosu for next time though! Have fun!
