DIY Hobie Kayak Sail Part 1

Made a sail for my Hobie Outback kayak, used the sail to troll and fish. - Dimension and construction: - Sail Material: 36“x108“ of Nylon Ripstop 70 Denier from Amazon or here: - Mast Material: * 6ft of 3/4“ diameter aluminum rod. I found it at Ace Hardware store but not at Home Depot or Lowes * 6ft and 4ft of 5/8 diameter wooden rod. Slide these into the aluminum rod, 1 at the top and 1 at the bottom for the total length of around 120 to 124 inches.
