Wooho! We have a new ab workout: a standing one! For the first time we won’t be on the mat for training our abs on this channel - so exciting! 🙈 If your neck or back hurts during “traditional“ ab exercises, you can try this one. Use dumbbells or filled water bottles for an extra burn or do the workout without any weights. Don’t forget to engage your core during the whole workout and THINK about your ab muscles - mind muscle connection is super important.
