since this video amazingly got featured (last video i imagined going viral) i can say that this mod has barely been started it is just half the city thats all that is done nothing more quick video of a mod converting gta 3 liberty city to the rage engine to avoid confusion this mod is not the gta3 rage project seen here this is a completely new project made by a friend of mine they may be similar but they are not the same projects
