Kensington Philadelphia’s Failure

The city of Philadelphia is a former United States capital and one of the fastest growing cities in the world; however, It also has an area known insensitively as Zombieland where drug addicts from all over the country come to find the strongest opiates available. This is no man’s land, an area that could easily account for the size of a small city. There is virtually no police presence there. It’s pure lawlessness, despair, and absolute depravity. To the many businesses that try to operate in this area the city has turned its back on them. To the residents who own and rent homes what’s there to look forward to? Hope is lost. The reality of the matter is this is no way to deal with homelessness or drug addiction. There is nothing progressive about letting people come to a place where they get closer to death day by day.
