Last Minute Halloween Makeup | Harley Quinn Inspired

**I wanted to address something that I just got a comment on. Before I decided on doing a halloween look, I found a photo on instagram from a gal named Bailey Sarian that inspired me -- She also did a Harley Quinn Look that was badass! I thought it was something simple & quick I could get inspiration from & looking back now, I should have linked her Instagram & youtube as my inspiration because she does amazing work!
