The team is very reminiscent in its sound of the group “Vanilla Fudge”. The similarity between them is that, like “Vanilla Fudge”, “Child” successfully used well-known and popular compositions, turning them into covers that had a completely different, psychedelic tone. Thus, recorded in 1970 in New York on the Select Sound Studios label, the only album of the same name includes, among other things, slowed down versions of the classic compositions of that time “Hold On I’m Comin’”, “You’ll Never Walk Alone” , “Ol’ Man River”, as well as the instrumental “Exodus”.
