Supercell Lightning northwest of Hugo, OK

This is a half hour segment of a supercell that traveled between Atoka and Antlers, OK as seen from west of Hugo at the intersection of Rt 271 and 70. The supercell dropped baseball size hail near Atoka before this time lapse. At the time, the supercell updraft can be seen rotating in the center of the loop. Most of the lightning close to the updraft was quite small but the anvil area to the east let go of larger discharges. My viewing spot became a popular destination for many residents that drove away from the supercell’s path as there was a tornado warning in effect.
