The US has used it’s “THOR” microwave weapon to effectively eliminate a “swarm of drones” in “the first test of this scale”. The Air Force Research Laboratory conducted the trial at the Chestnut Test Site, Kirtland Air Force Base in Albuquerque, New Mexico on April 5. THOR uses its non-kinetic, high-speed, High-Power Microwave (HPM) pulses to swiftly disable targets.
