Blasts In Kyiv, Zaporizhzhia & Odesa | Drone Attack Sets Ablaze Oil Refinery In Russia’s Krasnador

Blasts have been heard in Kyiv and other cities in the early hours of the morning. A journalist with Kyiv Independent said that two loud blasts were heard in Kyiv. Some local authorities reported that Ukraine’s anti-aircraft defences were at work. Earlier, Kyiv Oblast Military Administration warned of a possible drone attack and urged residents to remain in shelters. Local Telegram channels also reported explosions in Zaporizhzhia and Odesa amid an air raid alert. The attacks come after the US warned of a “heightened threat of missile attacks“. Meanwhile, an oil refinery in southern Russia caught fire after being hit by a drone attack, Russia’s TASS news agency reported.
