[TF2] NEW UNUSUAL EFFECT COMMUNITY EVENT!! - *Particle Mayhem*

So recently a new community event began in which you have to make your best themed unusual effect for hats, unusual taunt effects, particle effecst for maps or just any particle as a whole - Since I’m awful at making things I figured I’d do my part for the event by spreading the word!
