sugar - 10 g ( oz)
Hydrate the yeast for 15 min
salt - 5 g ( oz)
oil - 20 ml (0.7 fl oz)
flour - 370 g (13 oz)
for the sauce:
olive oil - 50 ml (⅕ cup)
garlic - 3 cloves
parsley and dill - 25 g (0.9 oz)
parmesan - 25 g (0.9 oz) 10 g ( oz)
melted butter - 75 ml ( fl oz)
Tray diameter 26 cm ( in)
IN THE OVEN 180 °C (356 °F)/30 minutes
