[Tutorial Speedpaint] Glitch effect on Paint Tool Sai

Actual Speedpaint // I made a lot of mistakes but this was actually very simple. no you do not have to have multiple images to work with, you can literally use one image and apply all the effects but i wanted it to be more like an animation of them opening their eyes so that’s why i made 3 different ones!
