Monday July 6th 2020. A very fatal accident occured on the vessel MT Matrix Pride while on mooring operation with there sister vessel MT Matrix Triumph. The Steward and OS were together at the mooring station when the accident occured. Steward was trying to get a promotion but he lost his life in the process. The OS is critically injured and strugling for his life at the hospital. Let us all try to work safe. This is just sad.
