How to do a Russian Baby Maker
This may be one of the greatest hip mobility exercises. This is one of the few I will do before squatting.
Place your thumbs on your foot arches, elbows in your knees, and sit down while pushing your elbows out. You should feel like your groin is splitting. Shift your stance to open the hips where you feel tight. Remember that you shouldn’t neglect your mobility just because you’re training at home!
