Fix your Hamstrings’ Flexibility with this exercise. A lot of people do the Pike Stretch to improve their flexibility. However, if you do the pike stretch with the wrong technique, you’re not going to gain any flexibility at all! Rather than doing the pike stretch, which is an extremely difficult position to do, I usually suggest doing the exercise I explain in this video: the one leg pike on bench.
