Composer：Jiang Ying The composer of this symphony had fully brought out the characteristics of the ethnic musical instruments in the orchestra, notably the intrinsic sounds made by plucked string instruments. The piece has also utilized rhythmic elements of flamenco, tango, tap dancing etc. to gradually pick up the pace, and build up its momentum toward a climax, just like the people on a pilgrimage from all directions, building up the beautiful scenery along the silk road with their lives, passion and dreams.
