Starting at either side of the pocket take your unpicker and pull at the stitches which will easily come unstitched. Once you have more of an opening you may be able to cut the rest of the threads quickly with the unpicker or a small pair of scissors. Be careful not to slip with the unpicker and make a hole in the garment, it’s worth taking your time and being careful, it’s still a very quick task! Pull out any loose threads.
