Mike Mangini The Alien Live Drums wClick

The video of these isolated drums is Live from one of our EU2022 Concerts and contains a click track. I hear the click track live along with everyone and everything else. This is especially important for me to monitor all things that go with the video so I know it’s on point. This performance is OK. I changed some things from the album version as I do each night and played things I liked more in other shows. This one probably ranks 1/2 best with at least a dozen shows being better, but it had the best camera angle. It’s really tough to exit a dressing room and start a show with this song. There are a lot of challenging balance shifts, body turns, arm raises, dynamics moves, and left/right switches. At the beginning of this clip, my mini snare strainer was left on from sound check.
