The Book Of Enoch Reveals Shocking Mysteries Of Our True History (Banned From The Bible) In early 1946, a group of Bedouin teenagers were tending their sheep and goats near the ancient settlement of Qumran, in what is now the West Bank. To pass the time, they began tossing stones across the uneven desert terrain. When one of these stones was thrown into the dark side of a cave, the teenagers were shocked because they heard a loud shattering noise of something breaking deep inside. Curiosity overcame their initial fear, and they decided to explore the cave. What they found was astonishing: a collection of large clay pots, undisturbed for centuries. Inside these pots were hidden a series of ancient scrolls. While not realizing it at the time, these teenagers had stumbled upon a discovery of immense historical significance. Over time, archaeologists, historians, and treasure hunters uncovered additional fragments of scrolls in 10 other nearby caves, eventually bringing the total number of manuscripts found to nearly 900. These manuscripts became widely known as the Dead Sea Scrolls. Intriguingly, among these manuscripts were significant portions of a mysterious non-canonical religious text that had been hidden away and nearly lost to time. Today, this text is known as the Book of Enoch. The oldest fragments of the text are dated to around the 3rd to 4th century BCE, while the most complete and finished version of the work is from the 15th to 16th century, written in Ethiopic or what is known as Ge’ez. However, it is believed that the book was originally composed in Aramaic, later translated into Greek, Latin, and finally into Ethiopic. The Book of Enoch is divided into five sections: the Book of Watchers, the Book of Parables, the Astronomical Book, the Book of Dream Visions, and the Epistle of Enoch. The first section, called the Book of Watchers, tells the story of the so-called Watchers or Fallen Angels, and their leader, Semyaza. In Jewish writings and other ancient texts, these angels are called “Bene Elohim,“ which means “Sons of God.“ 200 of these angels descended to Earth near Mount Hermon. They made oaths and bound themselves to this mission through mutual curses. These angels lusted after human women and married them. The children born through this crossbreeding between the Watchers and the humans were the Nephilim. They are described as evil giants reaching up to 65 feet or 20 meters. This event is described in Genesis 6:1-4. 1. When man began to multiply on the face of the land and daughters were born to them, 2. the sons of God saw that the daughters of man were attractive. And they took as their wives any they chose. 3. Then the LORD said, “My Spirit shall not abide in man forever, for he is flesh: his days shall be 120 years.” 4. The Nephilim were on the earth in those days, and also afterward, when the sons of God came into the daughters of man and they bore children to them. These were the mighty men who were of old, the men of renown. Additionally, these angels taught humans forbidden knowledge from heaven. For example, Azazel taught people how to make weapons and armor. Mazzarac taught them spells and magic. Tamiel taught astrology, Kokabel taught how to predict the future, Barakiel taught the basics of astronomy, and Sariel showed them the path of the moon. In short, humans learned things they were not supposed to know. However, the Nephilim began to wreak havoc on Earth and destroy all living things, including humans. This was all done under the worried look of God, who summoned Enoch to Heaven and asked him to stop the Nephilim. But who is Enoch? And why is he so important?
