Kea Waukesha Simmons is the founder and CEO of Traverse Culture, a travel concierge company that highlights the contributions of marginalized cultures through tourism and policy reform.
Simmons was born in Atlanta, Georgia, and raised on James Island in Charleston. Traverse Culture is based in the United States, but its international hub is in Nairobi, Kenya.
They have taken 200 people to Kenya in 6 years, 3 families this year relocated
and helped open 3 companies in 2 years for clients.
