.: Hideto ’hide’ Matsumoto

I know this is quite a few days late, but better late than never. On May 2nd, 1998, the musical world lost one of it’s brightest, Hideto Matsumoto, known as hide, the former guitarist of X-Japan. He was found hanging by a towel in his apartment. Barely alive, he was rushed to the hospital, where he later died. I wish I had enough words to be able to describe this man, to describe the wonderful things he did and the beauty and happiness of his personality. I think there was probably never a dull moment
