Heroic Resistance of Slavyansk - RT Documentary

Ukraine’s fateful winter of 2014 - the Maidan coup, and the announcement by the then acting president of Ukraine of an ‘anti-terrorist operation’ against the people of Donbass. One of the first cities Ukraine sent armed troops into was Slavyansk - the northern gateway into the Donbass. Peaceful residents than stood up, built barricades and tried to stop the Ukrainian army.
