Guitarist George Kooymans wanted to use this song for a solo recording, the album Cut was ment to be the last Golden Earring album because after the release and a tour they wanted to split up. The single was a huge succes (number 10 in the USA billboard top 100) so that’s one of the reasons why the band is still on the road !
