10. Dazed And Confused - Led Zeppelin [1973-07-12 - Live at Detroit]

Hello my friends, how are you doing? For my secound 2014 upload, here’s the first Led Zeppelin’s night at the Detroit’s Cobo Hall in 1973! This concert is pretty much underrated overrall, and deserves attention of all of you! The recording is mostly complete (a few cuts here and there, plus mostly of Mody Dick is missing) and the quality is pretty good. On early July 1973, Led Zeppelin started off the secound leg of their acclaimed 1973 North American Tour. At the first show of the tour (Chicago 7/6) they sounded pretty rusty musically and Plant had his voice completely shot! Within a few shows, they warmed up very nicely, and the usual excellent musicality of the period has showed off again! Page is absolutely on fire throghout the entire set, and some of his soloing is among the best ever in the year (that’s because i choose a shot of himself for the upload, the photo in question is from this very show!).
