4 Exercise Giant Set To Build Chest & Shoulders

On my upper body repetition days I like to make the last part of the session a tri, or giant set of exercises starting with an explosive one. ⁣ 1️⃣ Plyo Push Ups 2️⃣ Elevated Chain Push Ups 3️⃣ Landmine Lateral Raises 4️⃣ Crossover Cable Posterior Flye’s ⁣ I’ll rest 60-90 seconds rest in between rounds and repeat for 3 rounds while tracking the amount of reps I get (I end these when I don’t get quality reps) with the goal of progressing a little bit every week. ⁣ One of th
