4 Hip and Core Stability and Joint Health Exercises To Improve Your Performance
While soft tissue work may be the solution at times, many times we have to look for the cause of what’s causing trigger points. In my case I had some hip instability which was causing a flare up in my TFL/IT Band and messing with my training and every day activities.
While soft tissue work made it better, it would flare back up again with exercises needing more hip stability, such as single leg work. Adding these exercises, and some others as well, completely cleared up
