Overflowing rivers and dams submerged villages and towns in Heilongjiang

Heavy rain, strong wind and thunderstorms has been forecast for northern China’s Heilongjiang Province on Friday. Torrential rain is expected in northern Qiqihar. Heavy rain is also forecast for western Jixi and southern Mudanjiang, while the provincial capital Harbin could see moderate downpours. In the rice-producing city of Wuchang, the latest place to be hit by Typhoon Doksuri this week, hundreds of hectares of cropland have been affected by flooding. Thank you for watching my video.
