Heartbreaking: abandoned dog lived on a bridge above a busy freeway!

Hope For Paws was contacted by L.A. on Cloud 9, an organization that helps homeless people. The homeless man in the tent (he didn’t want to be filmed) fed the dog, asked them for help, and they knew to call us. (They are the same organization that called us about Jordan: - I’m sure 90% of you remember his horrifying story). Loreta Frankonyte and I headed out to the bridge over the 110 freeway - one of the busiest and noisiest freeways in Los Angeles. We feared he would bolt, so we surrounded him with our plastic fencing and got him into the Hope For Paws rescue vehicle.
