Gears of War 3 Upgraded | Now Playable at 60 FPS ON PC

Thanks to the recent updates to Xenia Emulator, including the workaround to allow Unreal Engine games to boot. Gears of War 3 is now Playable at 60 FPS for the first time ever on PC.
