Product to produce With this line you can make PVC foamed board size 1220x2440mm with thickness 4-25mm (T die) ,The thin board can be use for indoor flooring or advertising board and the thick board can be used for furniture board or construction board . Ⅱ. Production process 1. Make wood powder from sawdust if you need 2. Mix wood powder, PVC ,additive in mixer 3. Put mixing raw material into extruder with mould 5. Do surface treatment of the board 6. Crush the waste board and reuse
