Around 11 p.m. Sept. 9, police responded to Halls Eastwood Market on Springfield Street after a man reportedly stole a 12-pack of beer and ran toward Harshman Road. Cruiser camera and body camera footage shows a man coming out of a wooded area at a nearby apartment complex carryi
