History of the Hymn to the Sun. The Hymn to the sun was created and recorded by Ministry of the Sun in October 2012 as a Hymn of earthlings - an appeal to the sun to prevent the end of the world 12/21/2012 predicted by Maya civilization. Back then this date was widely discussed on the Inet. The opinion is alive, that the prevention of the end of the world is the merit of Ministry of the Sun. 9 days before 12/21/2012 (starting from 12/12/2012) the creators of the Ministry of the Sun sang the refrain of this hymn every day at 19:00, in different parts of their living space, like a prayer.
