Ickle Me Pickle Me Tickle Me Too - Drama Lesson for Kids

This is an interactive virtual drama classroom for students age 4-7. Could be used for Kindergarten, First Grade, or Second Grade theater students. In this lesson, students will do a warm-up, practice tongue twisters, and learn Shel Silverstein’s poem ’Ickle Me Pickle Me Tickle Me Too’ from Where The Sidewalk Ends. Students will hear the poem several times, each with different visuals, and then try to memorize part of the poem on their own. Then, students will act it out! There are three options for how to bring this poem to life, so feel free to use one of those options or dream up your own! Enjoy your adventure!
