Judge grants former President Trump bid for special master in FBI search of Mar-a-Lago

A federal judge ruled a special master should be appointed to review the evidence seized from former the Mar-a-Lago home of former President Donald Trump last month. Much of the Justice Department’s investigation of the classified documents is now on hold because of this ruling. The DOJ says its looking at the judge’s opinion and considering next steps.
