As the fifth feature film entry in Legendary’s MonsterVerse, the movie picks up where 2021’s Godzilla vs. Kong left off and sees Godzilla and King Kong reach an uneasy truce in service of the greater good. The movie was written by Terry Rossio, Simon Barrett and Jeremy Slater with a story by Adam Wingard, who also served as director.
