Exercise 2️⃣: Side Plank Rollouts (each side)
Exercise 3️⃣: 5 Climbers exchange push-ups
Exercise 4️⃣: Racers
That’s one round go 30-40 seconds each exercise rest 20 sec in between each exercise
Go AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible)
