FUN with Daisies! Looseness comes with considered brush strokes (not slapping it on). Flat brushes are your friend. “Primary Colors“ for easy harmony and mix any color you like. TAKE YOUR TIME - there isn’t a rush to get things done. I ended up painting it similar to an old painting/video - link below (it is step by step) 0:30 I talk about colors and paint the top of the sky. 6:20 My background looks like an ocean, color mixes, sketched on a bit of a game plan. Used 3/8 inch flat brush for most of the painting. Demo a few grasses with a 1/2“ flat brush. 10:10 taking my time, mixed a purple. Finding the different heights of the grass. 12:10 Layers, ’my hand writting’, thinking about dividing the painting up on 3rds. Take your time, I spent 3 hours on background and grass. 16:06 Paint petals darker and build up to white. Thoughts about warm and cool, triangle shape design, Light is from top left. 20:20 Final thoughts, added some pink, Have a few grass blades going over flower
