2 Week Ab Challenge | Day 13: 17 Minute Weighted Abs Workout
Welcome back to Day 13 of our 2 Week Ab Challenge! Today, we’re dialing up the intensity with a 17 Minute Weighted Abs Workout. This challenging ab routine is designed to target your entire core, helping to sculpt and define your abs while also boosting your overall fitness.
In this video, we’ll be incorporating weights (a single dumbbell; I’m using a 15 lb / 7 kg dumbbell) into our workout to add an extra layer of intensity.
Remember, consistency is key in this challenge. Stick with it, and you’ll be amazed at the results you can achieve in just two weeks. So grab your dumbbell, clear some space, and let’s get those abs working!
