Who Benefits the Most from the Beirut Explosion?

A massive explosion shook Beirut on Tuesday and left at least 137 killed and 5,000 wounded. Hundreds have been reported missing, and more than 300,000 people have been displaced from their homes. There are doubts about the main cause of the explosion, and an investigation is underway. Still, it is most probably caused by the explosion of 2,750 metric tons of the explosive ammonium nitrate stored at a warehouse. Who benefits the most from this explosion? Who benefits from a struggling Lebanon? It is not hard to answer these questions! It is really hard to believe this catastrophe was merely an incident resulted from irresponsibility and carelessness.
