Why I stopped doing Push Ups

I stopped doing push ups decades ago and never looked back... There is nothing inherently bad or wrong with repping out linear push ups but the mainstream methods will rarely lead to exceptional results, even when taken to the extreme! If you’re not interested in doing push ups as your end goal, you should ask yourself why you are doing them and whether there are better ways to go about it. Such questions led me to discover and develop my own practice. They still orient me today. A person from outside such a practice will be simply shocked at the abilities one can develop when employing such methods.
