Carl Heneghan A Professor of Evidence-Based Medicine at Oxford University, many will remember vividly that Carl was one of very few highly qualified people in the UK speaking out from early on against unprecedented lockdowns, masking, and later, vaccine passports and mandates. Carl Heneghan is a British general practitioner physician, a clinical epidemiologist, and the Director of the Centre for Evidence-Based Medicine at the University of He has extensive experience in both print and broadcast media and is a regular contributor to BBC Radio 4’s Inside Health series and BBC’s Panorama on Inside Britain’s Fertility Business. Heneghan studies patients receiving care from clinicians, especially those with common problems, with the aim of improving the evidence base used in clinical practice.
