Displaced Californians left hopeless after Dixie Fire destroys town of Greenville

Over 27 days, the Dixie Fire has caused massive destruction, with close to 900 structures and 75percent of the town of Greenville torched. 6,000 firefighters have been assigned to fight off the fire, but only 25percent is contained. The fire has propagated through more than 487,00 acres in Butte, Plumas, Tehama, and Lassen counties.
