More information about this... cancer... The build is essentially, a pyro flame with as many points in int/fth as you can get (cap it at 40/40) then put about 20 to 25 points in Attunement for mana. Then finish it off with vit gouge and a shield to turtle with if that’s your style. You then just turtle out of range of your opponent and shoot them with 1 shot of flame surge every few seconds until they die or commit suicide out of annoyance.
