BEL KA SHARBAT Ingredients Quantity Bel/ Stone Apple/ Wood Apple 2 no’s Water 1 ltr Sugar 1 tbsp Black salt 1 tsp Rose water ½ tsp Ice cube as required Lemon slice for garnish Mint leaves for garnish Method:- 1. Crack the stone apple with roller and remove the pulp from inside and place it on mixing bowl. 2. Mash the pulp with your hand do not mash the seed’s and add water mix it properly do not blend it over it and keep aside for a while. 3. Take a blender jar, add sugar and blend well to make a powder. 4. Take another bowl, on top keep the muslin cloth and pour the mixer of stone apple and water squeeze out
