Click on the link below to take the Fibre Meter Test today! #AashirvaadMultigrainAtta #FibreMeter #HappyTummy #Aashirvaad MULTI GRAIN ATTE KA HALWA RECIPE Ingredients Quantity For jaggery Syrup Water 1 ½ cup Jaggery 1 cup Ginger Powder ½ tsp Fennel Powder ½ tsp For Halwa Ghee 3 tbsp Multigrain Wheat flour 1 cup Raisins 1 tbsp Pistachio chopped 1 tbsp Almond chopped 1 tbsp Cardamom powder 1 tsp Method:- 1. First take a sauce pan add water, jaggery, ginger and fennel powder and cook until jaggery melts. 2. Heat ghee in a kadai. Add multigrain wheat flour, mix well and roast on medium heat until it turns light brown in colour. 3. Then remove from heat add raisins, pistachios, almonds and cardamom powder, mix well and roast for 30 sec. 4. Then add the jaggery syrup and mix it well. 5. Remove in serving bowl, Garnish with some chopped pistachio on top and serve.
