Crane Crashes into Barge Causing Oil Spill Emergency on Galapagos

A state of emergency has been declared in Ecuador after a barge carrying over 2,000 litres of diesel sank off the Galapagos Islands. The dramatic moment is caught on camera as a crane attempting to load a container on to a barge crashes sinking both into the sea.
