4 easy and fun Taekwondo movement footwork drills by Coach Joe Van. The trick here is to find your rhythm! It’s easy to just rush through these just to get to the kick, but take your time and really nail down the footwork. From there, focus on transitioning next, moving from one lane to another, adding more angles to work around your opponent. The variations are endless here, so get creative (head shots, spins, etc.)
The last one was more of a clinch drill, but the angles and movement are still practiced here. Enjoy and let me know what you think!
